Refunds & Returned Shipments
As all preorder items are made to order, cancellations and refunds are only accepted before the production phase begins.
Once an order has entered the production phase, no cancellations, refunds, or order modifications will be accepted under any circumstances.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout, including your full name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, is accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, an invalid phone number, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or because the local postal service or courier was unable to contact you, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Should you wish to have the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply. The parcel will only be re-dispatched once the reshipping fee has been paid and we have received the returned package.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs-related issues, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
